Aspa Villas is conveniently located in the village of Oia, it is a small family business with long experience in hospitality. Aspa Villas features a sun terrace with views over the Aegean Sea and the Caldera, the volcano and the cliffside. It offers Cycladic-style studios, just 20 metres from a bus stop. Aspa Villas offers all the modern facilities for a pleasant stay, such as free wireless internet access throughout the entire complex, a hot tub and a small outdoor pool. Some studios offer stunning views of the Caldera. The warmly decorated studios and apartments are constructed with respect to the local architecture. All of the rooms incorporate a simple interior and spectacular vista of the Aegean Sea or the Caldera from their balcony. Room facilities include air conditioning, TV, safety deposit box, kitchenette and free internet connection. The owners will give you a warm welcome and they will provide you with a map and first-hand useful information about the island & your stay. The hotel's location is also well served with nearby mini markets and restaurants, just a five minute walk from the centre but close enough to easily wonder around. The street in front of the main building provides easy approach (no steps to walk down) and it is very convenient in case you want to rent a car/motorbike or arrive by car, taxi or bus. There is also access to the traditional walkway which runs along the caldera side and leads down to Oia or Fira with an amazing view to the sea. AIRPORT: You can take a taxi (cost about 35euro), telling the driver to drive you to Aspa Villas at Oia.You can also take the local bus (cost 1,80euro about) which will drive you at Fira (central bus station).Then you can take the bus which runs to Oia and disembark at the bus station of Aspa Villas.(note: you must tell the driver that you intent to disembark at Aspa Villas).PORT:You can either take a taxi (cost 35euro about)or the local bus (cost 2.20euro).The bus will drive you to Fira and then you can take the bus which runs to Oia and disembark at the bus station of Aspa Villas.

It was SO nice to have a stocked refrigerator and such comfortable, comfortable & clean apartment to all into. Costas helped us with taxis to retrieve our bags and assisted us with a car rental! The location of Aspa Villas was perfect for us. It was out of the hectic scene of Oia but only a few minutes walk to everything AND we still had a beautiful view of the Caldera. The common balcony area has an even more amazing view. The kitchen was stocked with snacks, drinks, and a bottle of wine! And the best was Nikoleta. The hospitality is unbelievable. We had a jacuzzi room which I would really recommend. It has a huge roof top area with 2 sun beds, chairs & coffee table as well as an amazing jacuzzi with a view of the stunning caldera. They have a private section along the caldera with sun beds, umbrellas & seating. It's a divine to able to stare at the ocean while getting a tan. The villa itself is older style but has everything you need. The fridge is stocked with wine, & all the breakfast items you need. Staff were lovely & incredibly helpful. There was A/C, TV, hairdryer, iron, fridge, etc. The fridge was stocked with food and water and drinks. To my surprise, they had slippers! Definitely a must for me when walking on tiles. Towels were replaced daily. They also provided pool/beach towels. The bus stop is right outside the hotel. And the city center of Oia is right outside the hotel. The hotel walkway leads to the road to Fira trail. The hotel is located on a hill and a minute walk to a higher point on the hill where a church is located and gives you the entire view of Oia and the sunset. It is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back to stay! | 5 |
